About Me
My work is shaped by years as a teacher, where I witnessed first-hand how people grow, change, and discover their strengths over time. I’ve also navigated my own seasons of transformation — as a mother, a professional, and a parent supporting my children through big transitions. These experiences have shown me the importance of guidance, reflection, and compassionate support in helping people step into who they are becoming.
I bring a grounding, reflective approach, supported by my training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and ongoing study in counselling and psychotherapy. These skills give me practical tools to help clients understand patterns, communicate more clearly, and make intentional choices, while staying focused on personal insight, growth, and emotional wellbeing.
Through coaching, mentoring, group programs, and retreats, I create spaces where women and adolescent girls can pause, reflect, and reconnect with their inner compass. Whether it’s navigating motherhood and matrescence, career shifts, burnout, or adolescence, my aim is to support each person to move through their transition with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
I believe transitions are not problems to fix — they are passages to be honoured, witnessed, and navigated with intention. My work is about helping you understand where you are, explore what matters, and take steps that feel aligned with your evolving self.
When we work together, you’ll find a steady, attentive guide who values reflection, practical insight, and emotional awareness. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you uncover your own answers and move through change with confidence and care.
