Coaching

Life is full of seasons — moments where who you were no longer fits, and who you are becoming hasn’t fully arrived. These passages can feel confusing, overwhelming, or even lonely, but they also hold immense opportunity for insight, growth, and clarity.

My coaching work is designed for mothers navigating this passage — the disorientation of early matrescence, the identity shifts that continue through every stage of raising children, and the day-to-day patterns of how you show up as a parent. I create a supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your inner compass.

Coaching sessions provide practical and reflective tools to help you explore your journey, acknowledge past experiences, and step intentionally into the mother — and person — you are becoming. For example, we might work on understanding how your past choices and experiences have shaped you, recognising the patterns and triggers that no longer serve you, or identifying strengths and resources you can draw on as you move forward, both for yourself and in how you parent.

Coaching with me is gentle, guided, and practical. Together, we focus on understanding your current season of motherhood, the challenges you’re facing, and the insights and actions that will help you move forward with confidence and self-trust. Sessions are tailored to your needs, paced to suit you, and always rooted in compassion and respect for your journey.

This is not about fixing anything or becoming someone you’re not. It’s about recognising where you are, honouring all the versions of yourself that have brought you here, and stepping forward with clarity, groundedness, and agency — for yourself, and for the family you’re raising.
