Guidance

One-to-one coaching

A core part of this work is parent coaching — understanding what triggers you, how, and why, and learning to respond to your children from a place of awareness rather than reactivity. This is conscious parenting: recognising that the way you show up for your children begins with how well you understand yourself. As you build self-trust and emotional awareness, you naturally create a calmer, more grounded home for your family.

Sessions are offered as a structured series, delivered online or in person, and tailored to your individual needs and pace.

Small group programs

Alongside personal reflection, these programs explore conscious parenting together — unpacking common triggers, patterns, and reactions, and learning practical tools to respond to your children with more patience and presence.

Groups are intentionally kept small and run over a set period of time, creating space for depth, trust, and meaningful connection without pressure to perform or overshare.

Retreats

These experiences are created for mothers at significant points of transition who would benefit from stepping back and being gently guided through a process of reorientation — including reconnecting with who they are outside of the role of “mother,” so they can return to parenting with more clarity and less reactivity.

Retreats typically include guided workshops, reflective practices, shared conversation, quiet time, and connection with nature. Rather than forcing change, they create the conditions for clarity, insight, and a renewed sense of direction to emerge naturally, allowing you to return to daily life — and to your children — feeling steadier, more grounded, and more consciously present.
